5.4.10 Suggestion scheme

Aim and purpose

The suggestion scheme must be reconsidered to include measures for employee motivation and work in quality circles. The co-determination rights of the employees must be taken into account. Company agreements can be concluded. It must be clarified to what extent suggestions for improvement are part of the employees' contractual duties! Developments eligible for copyright and design rights must be named and the Employee Inventions Act must be observed. The processing of suggestions for improvement must be defined in the process. How does a good idea come to the attention of the management, possibly bypassing the opponents that every good idea has? How are suggestions for improvement recorded, reported and evaluated?
