This includes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creation of the quality policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of priority intentions for setting quality objectives, including environmental protection objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Definition of the responsibility and authorisation of personnel in managerial, executive and supervisory functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulation of professional and administrative management and formal authorisation of the tasks and objectives of the individual hospital departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring cooperation between professional groups and departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring the timely and continuous provision of hospital services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsibilities for environmental protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appointment of a member of the management who is authorised to define, implement and maintain the QM system and assess its performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting up and implementing the elements of the QM system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting short, medium and long-term quality targets. From this, drawing up a quality development plan and monitoring its realisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment of a QM group with organisational independence and circumscribed powers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment of the effectiveness of the QM system at fixed intervals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determination of general equipment and catering standards (requirement class)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selection, deployment and development of personnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provision of the necessary and appropriate resources, such as rooms, equipment and materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checking the quality of all medical services provided by other service providers on behalf of the company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realisation of official requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Securing financing by drawing up an annual budget and medium to long-term planning of fixed capital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment of a procedure for early risk detection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The financial basis of the hospital must be planned through sound planning of the annual budget, medium to long-term investments and replacement requirements.
