Implementation of the safety requirements of supervisory bodies (e.g. Office for Occupational Health and Safety (AfA), State Accident Insurance Fund (LUK), fire brigade)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"anwendung\">2 Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All areas of the KRANKENHAUS valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"beschreibung\">3 Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"maengelbericht\">3.1 Defect report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The reports of the supervisory bodies are sent to the directors. The Director of Operations and the occupational safety specialists each receive a copy of the reports of the supervisory bodies from the directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"terminplan\">3.2 Schedule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>FA draws up a schedule that includes the following points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Range<\/td><td>Deficiency<\/td><td>Implementation deadline<\/td><td>Corrective action<\/td><td>Specialist department<\/td><td>Timetable<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"massnahmenplan\">3.3 Action plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Director draws up a plan of measures and priorities with the involvement of the Central Service and the advice of the FA. The Director submits the implementation request to the Central Service. The Central Service draws up a cost and time schedule. The application is approved by the Executive Board if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kontrolle\">3.4 Control<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The FA receives feedback on the order placed (e.g. copy of the order form) from the Director. The FA receives feedback on the status of implementation from the Central Services (e.g. order form with completion note).<br>The FA checks compliance with the deadlines and notifies the Director (for information, the Director of Operations) before the deadline expires (usually 1 week).
