Provide offers of help and advice on coping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"anwendungsbereich\">Area of application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Patients in need of social support who ask for help with the application process or who are likely to be unaware of the benefits to which they are entitled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"beschreibung\">Description of the<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patients are usually notified by\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>case management or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from the ward doctor,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>of hospital staff,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from patient \/ relatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visiting the patient in the patient room\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presentation of the social service and introduction to ...<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social anamnesis (Which aspects are important for the respective patient?
