Goal and purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the statutory provisions and company agreements, the staff representatives must be involved in or informed of the management's decisions. Wherever this appears appropriate, the management should co-operate with the staff representatives in a spirit of trust. The tasks are to be regulated. Regular meetings must be scheduled. The activities of representatives of special employee groups, such as severely disabled persons and the women's representative, should be promoted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
