Se explican las t\u00e9cnicas que deben utilizarse y los m\u00e9todos de visualizaci\u00f3n (diagrama de flujo, matriz de riesgos, matriz de responsabilidades, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los procesos centrales, de apoyo y de control deben fusionarse en un sistema de procesos. Debe prestarse especial atenci\u00f3n a los puntos de conexi\u00f3n y las interfaces.
