Pour chaque patient, une personne doit toujours \u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme interlocuteur par l'interm\u00e9diaire duquel l'ensemble du traitement est int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Il convient de r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes tels que les diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9tences professionnelles, la comp\u00e9tence d\u00e9cisionnelle, le passage de la responsabilit\u00e9 d'un m\u00e9decin \u00e0 celle d'un autre. Les questions de responsabilit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre prises en compte.<br>Les responsabilit\u00e9s doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9es en cas d'absence, par exemple en cas de vacances ou de maladie.<br>La personne responsable doit \u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9e dans le dossier m\u00e9dical.<br>Un traitement hospitalier doit toujours \u00eatre coordonn\u00e9 par un m\u00e9decin que le patient peut joindre dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable. Le m\u00e9decin coordinateur ne doit pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00eatre le m\u00e9decin \"traitant\".
