Le droit de mettre fin au traitement \u00e0 sa propre demande doit \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9 et accord\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les crit\u00e8res de discernement des patients doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9finis. Les raisons de la d\u00e9cision du patient doivent \u00eatre demand\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9decin doit informer le patient des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'interruption du traitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 suivre en cas d'interruption du traitement sans information de l'h\u00f4pital doit \u00eatre d\u00e9finie : Prise de contact avec le patient, par exemple en cas de chimioth\u00e9rapie ou de radioth\u00e9rapie, d'utilisation de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux ou de maladies infectieuses pr\u00e9sentant un risque pour autrui (obligation de d\u00e9claration des maladies infectieuses).
