Les conditions techniques pour une prise en charge rapide des appels avec transfert, centre d'appel ou autre, doivent \u00eatre remplies. Si le personnel est employ\u00e9 dans le cadre de contrats de travail temporaires ou de contrats d'engagement, ces relations contractuelles doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9es et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans un AP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traitement des demandes. Une proc\u00e9dure doit \u00eatre \u00e9tablie pour le traitement des demandes t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques et \u00e9crites.
