4.1.19 Release of medical records

Goal and purpose

The hospital regulates the release of documents that provide information about the treatment process. If the treatment records have to be passed on to another organisation, it is the hospital's responsibility to document when it passed the records on to which organisation and for what purpose. It is preferable to make copies.
