Goal and purpose

A regular internal information service with a defined distribution list should be set up. All circulars and notifications from the management should appear in it. The information service can be accessed on paper, by e-mail or, for example, on the home page of the intranet. Employees must be able to recognise that they have not overlooked any information by means of consecutive numbering.

The results of the management review, the quality targets and other important topics are communicated to employees via the information service.
