Goal and purpose

Employees may be required to present the hospital to the public in accordance with certain guidelines. To this end, regulations are to be agreed with the staff representatives and laid down in agreements. These may stipulate that opinions and statements on certain issues may only be expressed in public with restraint, not at all or only by certain persons (circles), that a certain dress code is to be observed or that certain means of presentation such as letterheads, hospital logo etc. are to be used.
