Goal and purpose

A contract of service is concluded between the hospital and the patients, in which treatment is guaranteed in accordance with the generally recognised professional standards at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed. Patients are obliged to pay the agreed remuneration unless a third party is obliged to pay.
