Goal and purpose

Measures must be planned to encourage employees to have a positive attitude towards their tasks and to identify with the hospital's objectives.

Certain motivational strategies can be of great benefit in problem areas. Rules should be established for personnel management, the workload of employees, the organisation of their workflow and the mix of tasks and for efficient information structures.

The effectiveness of the incentives must be reviewed regularly.
