Goal and purpose

Employees must be sufficiently qualified for quality-relevant tasks. The statutory provisions and contracts must be complied with. The qualifications built up on the basis of appropriate training must be reviewed and, if necessary, updated before tasks are assigned (after a new hire or transfer of employees).
