Goal and purpose

Employees should be regularly informed about management decisions, fundamental developments, but also about everyday events in the hospital. Special routine, but also "invisible" services can be included in such employee information. This can take the form of regular staff meetings, programme booklets, a dedicated newspaper, a regular in-house newsletter or a mixture of all of these.

Topics whose communication is part of the management tasks should be emphasised, e.g. occupational health and safety, hygiene, safety.
