Goal and purpose

The "Recognised rules" (see "Mission and purpose of the hospital" element) must be updated on an ongoing basis. The QM group maintains the list of "Recognised rules", collects the full texts of the documents on the list and organises them in a classification system. For this purpose, an index card is created for each document in the EDP system with details of the publisher, title, short title, source, publication date and last amendment.
