Purpose and goal

Process for selecting new employees from a list of applicants in order to find the personnel who best meet the qualification requirements and who are most likely to fit into the team.

Area of application

Human Resources Department. The HR department is responsible for all employment contracts and employment relationships at the hospital. Departments of the hospital that contribute to the recruitment process:

  • Company doctor
  • Locksmith service
  • Security service (job ticket, entry permit, clinic ID card)
  • EDP department (e-mail address, Orbis training)
  • Housing management
  • Day care center
  • Library
  • Information and education center

The procedure is applied for every recruitment, and in some cases also for re-employment and contract extensions.

Description of the procedure

When sending the written confirmation of employment, please make an appointment to sign the employment contract. The specification documents are enclosed as an attachment for the exchange of documents. The specification documents are available in the HR office sorted according to checklists. 1.2 In accordance with the legal requirements and the internal requirements, the new employee is reported to the responsible internal and external departments. An appointment is made for a personal interview with the responsible administrator. If it is not possible for the employee to appear in person, documents must be exchanged by post. The employment contract is signed on the first working day A receipt is issued for the documents handed over and confirmed by the new employee's signature The requested documents handed over are checked for completeness by the HR department. If the documents are not complete, a new appointment must be made A personnel file is created. On the first working day, the new employee has a certificate of commencement of employment signed by their area of assignment and hands it in signed to the HR department. If necessary, an application for handover of keys is handed over. The HR department hands over the documents from Checklist II and accepts the certificate of commencement of employment and any missing documents. After 3 months, the personnel file is checked for completeness. If the documents are not complete, a new consultation must take place.
