Goal and purpose

Compilation of basic requirements for process design Instruction with the general requirements for a configuration, in particular for the final configuration document. The techniques to be used and the visualisation methods (flowchart, risk matrix, responsibility matrix, etc.) are explained.

The core, support and control processes should be merged into a process system. Particular attention must be paid to the connection points and interfaces. The efficiency of the process organisation should be verified using control charts.
