Goal and purpose

In the event of discharge, transfer or examination, transport will be organised to meet the patient's needs.

Criteria for transportability in relation to the means of transport are defined. Requirements for the transport conditions are defined. The regulations for the transport of infectious patients are observed.

Patients receive a report on their state of health and the measures taken at the referring clinic. If necessary, the transport will be accompanied by appropriately qualified personnel. The transport is noted in the patient's medical file.
