Goal and purpose

The requirements for follow-up examinations must be formulated in the treatment plans. The conditions for the follow-up examination (who examines, what intervals, what is recorded, what is reported to whom, who analyses, who bears the costs) must be clarified.

Many patients do not attend follow-up examinations simply because they have forgotten their appointments. A reminder is well received, but requires compliance with a few rules.
