2.4.31 Monitoring changes in treatment procedures

Goal and purpose

If treatment procedures have been changed, appropriate checks must be carried out to ensure that the changes have been implemented. Monitoring can only be cancelled once the changes have become part of a safe routine.

If changes in treatment procedures occur frequently, the causes and reasons for this must be investigated.
