Aim and purpose

The collection of findings from follow-up investigations, including their critical scientific evaluation, must be regulated. Regular reports on the measures should be prepared and forwarded to designated bodies (e.g. higher-level registers). The management must formally define how and by whom the data is to be evaluated, and with what effects, as continuously as possible.
