Employees can register themselves for the appointments offered via the intranet or telephone. Attendance must be coordinated with work duties. Priority should be given to times when the workload is lighter. Each employee signs a list of participants with their surname, first name, department and personal signature. A certificate of attendance with the date and topic of the training course is issued. Occupational Safety informs the department's QM coordinator which employees have taken part.
