To this end, they should take part in fire safety training courses at least every two years Offered are Extinguishing exercises with the hand-held fire extinguisher (approx. 45 minutes, participants up to 50) Fire safety instruction (approx. 90 minutes, up to 200 participants) Training in the clinic on individual topics by arrangement Appointments are offered or arranged by the occupational safety department. Employees can register themselves for the appointments offered via the intranet or telephone. Attendance must be coordinated with work duties. Priority should be given to times when the workload is lighter. Each employee signs a list of participants with their surname, first name, department and personal signature. A certificate of attendance with the date and topic of the training course is issued. The occupational safety department informs the department's QM coordinator which employees have taken part. Proof can also be provided with the certificate of attendance. The QM coordinator enters the participation in the list of mandatory training courses. s Following the training event, the department also receives a list of participants with the name and date of the participating department employees.
