Goal and purpose

The QMK reports to the management at regular intervals on the quality situation in the company. He/she reports on the activities of the QM group and on audits of individual areas or elements of the QM system. The scope and format of the reports are determined here. In the event of serious incidents, the QMK reports immediately to the management.

Reporting by the QM group should take place both periodically (e.g. annually) and when there are special reasons, e.g. when quality problems occur or unexplained accumulations of errors are observed
