2.5.15 Cooperation agreement with further treatment facilities

Goal and purpose

Co-operation agreements should be concluded with the facilities providing further treatment (e.g. other hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, doctors in private practice, care facilities, outpatient nursing, physiotherapists, orthopaedic technicians), which also relate to the reporting of serious and unexpected events (side effects and adverse reactions).
