3.7.07 Introduction of a QM system

Goal and purpose

The management draws up a quality development plan in which time-limited, project-like organised measures are planned to achieve sub-goals. The projects are assigned to persons or groups of persons. Time requirements and the use of additional resources must be planned. In practice, partial aspects of a problem are often dealt with in several project groups, which must be coordinated.

The QM group maintains a general project plan and monitors the milestones.
