2.4.28 Monitoring patient findings

Goal and purpose

Indication, recording, reporting, frequency of examinations to monitor the course of treatment, assessment of the stability of patients, their treatment and the success of treatment from the findings, correction of the time for discharge from treatment.

Such findings can be:

• Vital signs,
• Pain,
• Mobility,
• Effects and side effects of medicines, etc.
