1 Purpose and objective

The handling of reports of misconduct is defined and maintained on the basis of the principles of trust, impartiality and protection. The following are regulated
a) Receiving reports of misconduct;
b) Assessment of reports of misconduct;
c) Dealing with reports of misconduct;
d) Closure of cases of tip-offs.
