Goal and purpose

Description of the tasks of a QM coordinator (QMK), the necessary equipment and qualifications as well as procedures for the fulfilment of the tasks.

In larger clinics, only several people will be able to provide effective QM coordination. They form the QM group, which must distribute its tasks appropriately.

In very large institutions, the organisational units (clinics, departments, institutes) will have to appoint their own QM coordinators. They should work together in the institution, possibly under the coordination of a central QM group.
