3.7.01 QM group Estimated reading: 1 minute 22 views Authors Aim and purpose Description of the tasks of a QM coordinator (QMK), the required equipment and qualifications as well as the procedure for fulfilling the tasks. In larger clinics, only several people will be able to provide effective QM coordination. They form the QM group, which must distribute its tasks appropriately. In very large institutions, the subdivisions (clinics, departments, institutes) will have to appoint their own QM coordinators. They should work together in the institution, possibly under the coordination of a central QM group.
