5.4.12 Company-wide improvement initiatives

Goal and purpose

A method is to be developed with which the project results can be presented in a comprehensible and convincing manner throughout the hospital. This should encourage employees to participate in general improvement measures, to understand and implement planned improvements or to accept their consequences. The initiatives can run periodically or be linked to new quality objectives. However, a certain restraint in the use of general buzzwords is advisable.
