If a non-conformity and/or non-compliance occurs, the organisation should:
- respond and, where appropriate, take action to monitor, correct and/or deal with the consequences;
- assess the need for measures to eliminate the cause of non-conformities and/or non-compliance so that they do not occur again or elsewhere.
